These three kurtas have been made out of my husband's old shirts....for my son kavish.
for this maroon kurta i have just embroidered on the neckline and the button placket...(given a formal look)..
Simply chain stitch and sequence work has been done. The pic above is for a better view of the embroidery.
for this white kurta ...i thought ..hand painting would be a better idea.
On this blue kurta ,at first i thought of doing a very fine embroidery all over,but then i changed my mind and came up with this cute teddy bear ...again chain stitch for the diagonal lines and back stitch for the outlining.
This one is my favorite...what's yours.
